500ml PET Mineral Water Production Line

The 500ml PET Mineral Water Production Line consists of four core modules: water purification system, automatic PET blow molding machine, monoblock rinser-filler-capper unit and post-packaging equipment. Starting from raw underground/spring water, the water treatment unit finishes filtration, softening and disinfection to reach drinking mineral water standard. The blow molding section produces qualified empty 500ml PET bottles from preforms automatically; the integrated filling unit completes bottle washing, mineral water filling and cap screwing in one station to avoid secondary pollution. Follow-up equipment includes air conveyor, bottle dryer, adhesive/self-adhesive labeling machine and carton packing machine to finish finished product output.

Available with multiple customized hourly output options from 2000BPH up to 36000BPH, the line supports flexible configuration based on customers’ factory space and investment budget.
