8 Cavity Fully Automatic PET Stretch Blow Molding Machine

The 8-cavity automatic PET blow molding machine is high-efficiency two-step stretch blow molding equipment, independently developed for mass production of small-caliber PET bottles such as mineral water, pure water and carbonated drinks. The machine is composed of preform elevator, infrared constant temperature oven, servo stretching mechanism, eight-cavity mold clamping unit, high-pressure blowing system and PLC intelligent control cabinet.

Full servo synchronous control realizes stable and low-noise operation, supporting fast mold replacement within 30 minutes for bottles with the same neck size. The gas recycling design recovers 25% compressed air to reduce production cost; multi-layer uniform heating avoids preform deformation and ensures consistent bottle transparency and wall thickness across all 8 cavities. All food-grade contact parts comply with international beverage hygiene standards.

It can work standalone for empty bottle production or connect blow-fill-spin integrated lines to realize continuous closed-loop production. Optional bottle capacities cover 200ml–2L, with stable running performance, simple daily maintenance and long service life. It has become the core supporting equipment for high-output mineral water factories at home and abroad.
