Our fully automatic PET bottle blowing machine integrates preform automatic conveying, infrared constant temperature heating system, servo stretching mechanism and high-pressure blowing system into one unit. The infrared heating oven realizes balanced heating of preforms to avoid deformation; servo stretching ensures consistent bottle shape and stable size precision. Multiple cavity models from 1 cavity to 6 cavities are optional, hourly output ranges from 2000BPH to 36000BPH to match different production demands. The machine features compact structure, intelligent PLC control, simple operation and convenient daily maintenance. It can work independently or connect with blow-fill-spin integrated production lines to realize continuous unmanned production.
